I think no need to add anything in front la.. just keep it like that. Maybe something at the back but not too complicated.
 

i think if tis front design bring to the back will be more nicer...

put 1 simple logo in the front of the T-shirt

how's ur t-shirt project going?i hv an idea for u all that s why dont u have a t-shirt designing comp?or mayb not a comp, but just kinda like gathering everyone's design to get the best out of it as i think there r many of u r very talented.n if u all hv a tshirt dun forget to have 1 for me o.im earn.
